PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-up seat stably supporting a seat and an occupant at a lift-up position and enhancing arranging property of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The lift-up seat 1 can be elevated between a normal position and the lift-up position by a lift-up mechanism 10 including an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12 and front and rear links 13 and 14. The lift-up mechanism 10 is provided in a storage recessed part 51 recessed in a vehicle floor 50. A floor plate 5 is mounted and fixed on the upper frame 11. The seat 1 is elevatable together with the floor plate 5. It is desirable that a retractable step plate 6 is provided between the seat 1 and the frame 11.
