One end of the heating filament is fastened on a movable block by another clamping hanger. The latter cutter including a guide block and another heating filament (4) continuously moves in a guide bar (5) and clamped by a safety screw (9). The latter heating filament is electrically and sliding contactly connected by a clip, and the latter cutter absorbing a negative pole of a power supply (7) and is sliding contactly connected over the clip.
