POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system that efficiently uses an accumulator according to status of use of load, and to provide a method of controlling the same.

SOLUTION: The power supply system includes: an accumulator 16; a power distribution path 43 that connects a commercial AC power source 2 and the accumulator 16 with the load F to distribute power; a discharging device 52 that discharges the accumulator 16; a charging device 53 that charges the accumulator 16; and a control unit 55 that controls the discharging device 52 and charging device 53 based on the past consumption power in the load F.
