<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide container-packed cut vegetables prevented from browning under preservation regardless of a gas composition in a container when packing and sealing the cut vegetables in the container during production. <P>SOLUTION: The container-packed cut vegetables prevented from the browning are produced by packing and sealing herbs of Labiatae cut into a width of 2-8 mm and the leaf vegetables except the herbs of the Labiatae, having an average area of 900-2,500 mm<SP>2</SP>in a packing material having a permeation degree of oxygen of 700-20,000 mL/(m<SP>2</SP>*day*MPa) so that the proportion of the leaf vegetables except the herbs of the Labiatae based on 1 pt. of the herbs of the Labiatae may be 10-20 pts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
