PURPOSE: A steel reinforcement coupler is provided to connect steel reinforcement bars as one touch type using the change of diameter due to the twisting of a fastening spring. CONSTITUTION: A steel reinforcement coupler comprises a coupler cap(10), a fastening spring(20), and a one-touch connecting member(30). A female thread(11) is formed in the inner side of the coupler cap. A pair of reinforcing bars(1) is inserted inside the coupler cap. The fastening spring detains the steel reinforcement inserted to the coupler cap. The one-touch connecting member controls the steel reinforcement bar using the fastening spring.
