The method involves determining decisions about winning or losing of games based on a comparison of image information (11) present in digital formats i.e. photographs, using a telecommunications network i.e. mobile network (4). The image information is transmitted from a user of a telecommunications transmitting device i.e. mobile terminal (1), to a data processing system (5) by a message service of the network based on gamble by the transmitting device. The transmitted image information is compared with digital image information (9) on the data processing system. An independent claim is also included for a telecommunications transmitting device for use in a telecommunications network. |
