MOBILE HARBOR SYSTEM AND CARGO HANDLING METHOD USING THE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A smart harbor system and a cargo handling method using the same are provided to improve cargo transportation efficiency of a large sized ship by processing unloading on water remote from a land. CONSTITUTION: A smart harbor system comprises a buoy(100), a foundation, a docking part(120), and a crane. The buoy is floated on water and has a space for loading cargo. The buoy comprises a propulsion device. The foundation is installed on sea floor and contacts with the lower part of the buoy in order to prevent the fluctuation of the buoy. The docking part is installed in the buoy and docks with the container ship. The crane is installed in buoy and performs loading and unloading of cargo in between with the container ship.
