PURPOSE: An advertisement presentation device and method using a transparent member are provided to reduce printing cost and advertisement cost by decreasing the use of ink. CONSTITUTION: A main advertisement member(20) prints temporarily-used advertisement content on a first printing part(22). A secondary advertisement member(30) is transparent, is arranged in a state of making contact with the front of the main advertisement member and prints repetitively-used advertisement content on a second printing part(32). |
