PURPOSE: A method for anti-static/water repellent combination process of synthetic fiber is provided to implement complex functionality. CONSTITUTION: A method for anti-static/water repellent combination process of synthetic fiber comprises: a step of preparing carbon nanotube solution in which carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed; a step of preparing anti-static/water repellent processing solution of liquid type, containing water repellent; a step of applying the anti-static/water repellent processing solution onto one side of the synthetic fiber paper(10); and a step of drying and performing thermal treatment.
