<p>The handle bar (3) has parts (7, 8, 9) successively arranged in a handle bar along a longitudinal direction , where the parts are detachably and firmly connected with each other in the longitudinal direction by a clamping device (12) that is actuated by hand. A tension rod is pivotable transverse to the longitudinal direction, and the clamping device includes two tension rod ends facing the tension rod with a clamping head at the part (8).
