发明名称 PROBE USING BRAGG GRATING AND FABRY PEROT INTERFEROMETER, FIBER SENSOR SYSTEM AND SENSING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: An optical-fiber sensor probe and system using bragg grating and fabry-perot interferometer, and a sensing method of the system are provided to enable single optical fiber to be used as a sensor for measuring a temperature and a fabry-perot interferometer sensor for measuring deformation. CONSTITUTION: An optical-fiber sensor probe using bragg grating and fabry-perot interferometer comprise single optical fiber(300), a mirror(314), and a bonding unit. Bragg grating(312) is inscribed on a given part of the single optical fiber, and thus the optical fiber reflects a light of a bragg wavelength band of total reflective lights. The wavelength band of the light of a bragg wavelength band reversibly changes based on thermal energy. The mirror is installed on the optical fiber at a given interval in one direction of the bragg grating. The mirror reflects bragg-grating transparent light to introduce the interference of the light of bragg wavelength band which has been reflected from the bragg grating, with the bragg-grating transparent light.
