PURPOSE: An inhibitor of immunocyte proliferation, containing testis extract is provided to suppress cell division by immunocyte activity and to enhance p27 protein expression level. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating immune diseases contains testis extract as an active ingredient. The testis extract is isolated using water, alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, ethyl acetate, chloroform, ether, hexane, or dichloromethane. The testis extract contains steroid hormone including nandrolone, testosterone, androstenedione, estradiol, and estrone.
