<p>Aim of invention is to exclude the threat of secondary infection of flexible endoscopes (Fig.6 and 7), in particular - the single-channel, non-valve endoscope with a disposable complete, connecting the channel with the sources of pressure. A technical task of invention is to replace the chain machine-base unit-container by a single device, assuming its sterilization. Technical result of solving of this task is a method, comprising 3 stages of classic treatment of endoscopes, which differs in, that semicritical zones, in particular - the entered part and channel are exposed to high level disinfection in a separate capacity, which later is hermetized, providing storage and transportation of content in the state of high-level disinfection. A separate capacity could be made, for example, from silicon in the shape of corrugated tube. The method comprises sterilization of endoscopic instrument jointly with the silicone tube, which hermetizes its entered part. It will provide the further storage and transportation of instrument in a working condition. On the draft is presented a lodgement (Fig.8) for transportation of endoscope and instrument in a state of readiness to work. The proposed method of treatment, storage and transportation of endoscopes provides: for the patients - infectious safety, for the personnel - facilitation of work, for medical institutions - considerable economy of funds.</p> |
