摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A surgical instrument is provided to perform accurate performance by operating an end effector through an operator hand or a robot arm. CONSTITUTION: An end effector(150) is combined with one end of a surgical instrument. A driving part is combined with the other end of the surgical instrument. The surgical instrument comprises a shaft(120), a fixing unit(130), and a rotating unit(140). One end of shaft is combined with the driving part. The fixing unit is fixed to the other end of shaft. One end of the rotating unit is combined with the end effector. The other end of the rotating unit is combined with the fixing unit. A dimple-shaped groove is formed on more than one of the fixing unit and the rotating unit.</p>
