PURPOSE: A method for preparing chiral beta-fluoroalkylated carbonyl compounds is provided to prepare an optically active material with high optical purity using a chiral catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing chiral beta-fluoroalkylated carbonyl compounds using a chiral catalyst comprises a step of reacting α,β-unsaturated ketone compounds with 1-fluorobis(phenylsulfonyl)methane in the presence of a chiral catalyst. The chiral catalyst is a chiral bifunctional organic catalyst in which a chiral primary amine and a third amine group are combined.
