PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to prevent a human body electric shock accident by forming an electric shock prevention unit comprised of switch elements. CONSTITUTION: In an LED lighting device, an AC input power terminal inputs a commercial AC power to a lighting device. A lamp(100) is connected to the lighting device. . A first protection unit intercepts a lightning current. A second protection unit bypasses the lightning current to a neutral line. An electric shock prevention unit is comprised of switching elements(351). The switching element intercepts the AC power source which is passed to a second input power source.
