PURPOSE: A content heating kit capable of reducing the discharge of reactive gas is provided to improve the heating efficiency by reusing the reactive gas for heating contents inside the kit. CONSTITUTION: A content heating kit capable of reducing the discharge of reactive gas includes a pouch(110), partitioning units(120), heating packs(100), an outer pack, and absorbing members(140,140a). The pouch includes a storage space and an inlet(115) connected to the storage space. The partitioning units are located in the pouch to divide the storage space into a content storage space and a heating space, and inflow the reactive gas into the content storage space.
