PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating hydroxyl-radical and a method for manufacturing hydroxyl-radical dissolved water are provided to improve the generation efficiency of hydroxyl radical by pressurizing ozone-dissolved water. CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing part(130) pulverizes water into water molecular. A mixing part(140) mixes the water from the pulverizing part and ozone from the outside. A pressurizing part(150) generating hydroxyl radical in the water based on the ozone dissolved water. A gas-liquid separating part(160) receives hydroxyl radical dissolved water and un-dissolved ozone and separates the hydroxyl radical dissolved water and the un-dissolved ozone into the hydroxyl radical dissolved water and the un-dissolved ozone. A purifying part(170) purifies ozone from the gas-liquid separating part and discharges the purified ozone. |
