A method for preparing powder of ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle is provided to obtain ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle powder containing high contents of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rb2, ginsenoside Rc, ginsenoside Rd and ginsenoside Re. A method for preparing powder of ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle comprises the following steps of: irradiating a light to ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle and steaming and drying them; soaking in a solution containing ginsenoside hydrolysate; and pulverizing the soaked ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle. The light represents infrared rays, visible rays or ultraviolet rays. The solution containing ginsenoside hydrolysate is selected among Hasegawa bacteria, alpha-glucosidase, alpha-Rhamnosidase and soyasapogenol B. The particle size of ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle is 10-1500 nanometer. The method for preparing powder of ginseng fruit and ginseng peduncle additionally includes one step selected among ultrasonic treatment, low-frequency treatment, electric field treatment and magnetic field treatment after the soaking step. |
