PURPOSE: A low-pressure casting machine is provided to prevent damage to a mold in mold combination and to rapidly move an upper mold in a casting process. CONSTITUTION: A low-pressure casting machine comprises a warming furnace(10), a lower support plate(20), a mold(30), four fixing posts(40), an upper support plate(50), a mounting bracket(60), a drive motor(M1) for high speed input, a drive motor(M2) for high load input, a worm gear(G1), a drive unit, four lifting rods(80), a ball screw shaft(S1), a ball screw shaft support unit(90), and a horizontal moving unit(100). The warming furnace has a stalk(11) for discharging molten metal. The lower support plate is fixed on the top of the warming furnace. The mold is comprised of a lower mold connected to the stalk, a lateral mold positioned on the side of the lower mold, and an upper mold positioned on the top of the lower mold. The upper support plate is fixed on the upper end of the fixing post. The drive unit engages with the worm gear. The ball screw shaft lifts the upper mold installed at the lower end of the lifting rod.
