<p>PURPOSE: A peptide conjugated to a lead ion(Pb^2+) is provided to treat and diagnose lead poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A peptide conjugated to a lead ion contains a peptide of sequence numbers 1-7. The peptide is obtained y screening. A method for selecting the peptide comprises: a step of fixing Pb^2+ to a chelating gel to perform biopanning of the lead; a step of performing biopanning of the gel; and a step of isolating the phage DNA.</p> |
