PURPOSE: A release agent composition is provided to ensure easy temperature control, excellent lubrication, and excellent heterogeneity at a low temperature and a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion polymerization type release agent composition is obtained by performing hydrosilylation of a mixture at 75-90 °C, wherein the mixture comprises 20-30 weight% of methylhydrogen-modified polysiloxane with the content of a hydrogen group of 2.3 mmol/g or more, 20-30 weight% of allyl monomer, and 2-10 weight% of emulsifier and water.
