PURPOSE: A display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of a plastic substrate by echant when a glass substrate is etched by forming a barrier film on the rear side of a plastic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a plastic substrate(120), a buffer layer, a cell driving array(130), an ink film, and a barrier film(112). The buffer layer is formed in the upper side of the plastic substrate. The cell driving array is formed on the buffer layer. This ink film is formed on the cell driving array. The barrier film is formed in the rear side of the plastic substrate. |
