METHOD FOR LOADING A SHIP ONTO A LAUNCHING BARGE USING SELF-DRIVING SHIP TRANSPORTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for loading a ship on a launching barge using a self-driving ship transporting device is provided to continuously carry out transport of ships because the power pack system of the self-driving ship transporting device has a height to freely enter the lower space of a trestle. CONSTITUTION: A method for loading a ship on a launching barge using a self-driving ship transporting device is as follows. Rails are installed in a ship construction station and a launching barge(21). The launching barge is moored on a barge pier so that the rails on the ship construction station and the launching barge are connected in the longitudinal direction(22). A plurality of trestle formed in the type of a table are set in a tunnel shape on the rails of the ship construction station(23). Ship blocks are on put on the trestles and coupled to complete a ship(24). A ship transporting device comprising a power pack system and a bogie system is put on the rails of the ship construction station(25). The ship transporting device enters the lower side of the trestles by self-driving(26). The jack-up cylinder of the bogie system is raised to lift the trestles on which the ship is placed(27). The ship transporting device moves to the launching barge by self-driving to deliver the ship to the launching barge(28). The jack-up cylinder of the bogie system is lowered to unload the trestles in which the ship is placed on the launching barge(29). The ship transporting device moves back by self-driving to enter the lower side of the trestles for the next task(30).
