PURPOSE: A Kimchi fermentation sensor network system and method thereof are provided to monitor a production procedure of Kimchi in real time and to monitor the degree of fermentation through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A Zigbee module is integrated to a Kimchi fermentation sensor(7). The Kimchi fermentation sensor senses PH concentration, pressure, and the number of microorganism. The Kimchi fermentation sensor is attached to a Kimchi fermentation tank(9). The Kimchi fermentation sensor transfers the state of Kimchi to a fermentation sensor operating system(1). A monitoring system(5) monitors data through the internet.
