PURPOSE: A dosing pump is provided to reduce the intake and discharge time of does liquid and to improve the durability of the dosing pump. CONSTITUTION: A dosing pump(100) comprises a lower pressure part(150), a chamber, and an actuator(110). The chamber has an inlet/outlet unit, a chamber inlet, and a chamber outlet. The inlet/outlet unit is connected to the lower pressure part. The chamber inlet and the chamber outlet are connected to the inlet/outlet unit. The chamber inlet has an inlet ball and an inlet spring. The inlet spring elastically presses the inlet ball toward the outside the inlet/outlet unit. The chamber outlet has an outlet ball and an outlet spring. The outlet spring elastically presses the outlet ball toward the inside the inlet/outlet unit. The actuator is reciprocated inside the lower pressure part and changes the volume of the lower pressure part.
