<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of improving the luminous intensity of light emitted around the light-emitting direction, while properly improving light convergence of the light emitted in the light-emitting direction, a semiconductor light-emitting module, and to provide an illumination device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device 1 includes: a package substrate 2, having a recess 21R consisting of an opening 213 which has larger length in a first direction X than the length in a second direction Y; a plurality of light-emitting elements 3 arranged in the first direction X of the bottom portion 211B of the recess 21R; a translucent resin 6 arranged so as to cover the light-emitting elements 3 inside the recess 21R; and a condenser lens 8 including a main lens region 81 that condenses the light emitted from the light-emitting element 3 passing through the opening 213 in the light-emitting direction Ae of the second direction Y, while keeping the condensing ratio constant throughout the first direction X; and a secondary lens region 82 that refracts light, which is emitted by the light-emitting element 3 to one end and the other end of the first direction X, in the first direction X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
