<p>The present invention can be used for assessing the quality of work of company employees who provide customer service, and is intended to enhance the work efficiency of company employees as well as customer loyalty. The invention can also be used as a means for motivating company employees who provide customer service. This result can be achieved using a software-hardware system. A device with buttons is connected to a PC. A system driver is installed on the PC and a user is authorized. Information concerning the total number of users is stored in PKI storage. A web camera is used for recording an image of the PC and the device with buttons. Once a button has been pressed, the PC transmits data about the user authorized at that moment to access the PC, together with an image from the web camera for storage in a database. The transmitted data is authenticated using an electronic identifier. Upon successful authentication, the data is stored in the database and used for the subsequent selection of results. Information from the database is displayed using web sites.</p> |
