PURPOSE: An automatic driving apparatus of a clutch equipped in a booster for a manual transmission type vehicle and an automatic control method of a power takeoff using the same are provided to enable the operation of a clutch by the control of a controller since the structure of a booster is changed for the formation of an automatic driving apparatus of a clutch. CONSTITUTION: An automatic driving apparatus of a clutch equipped in a booster for a manual transmission type vehicle comprises a release cylinder(61), a push part(65a) a pilot cylinder(62), a fourth chamber(C4), and an auxiliary pneumatic line(69). Fluid pressure is applied on the release cylinder from the master cylinder. Air pressure is applied on the pilot cylinder from the air tank(55). The push part transfers a poppet valve(64) for opening and closing a bypass tube(66). Air flows in between the push part and the head part of the fourth chamber. The auxiliary pneumatic line provides air pressure between the push part and head part of the fourth chamber.
