PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which exhibits excellent scratch resistance of a coated film after curing, has excellent adhesiveness to a plastic base material or the like, and forms a cured layer having excellent weatherability on the surface of a base material. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains, as essential components, (a) a vinyl-based polymer having a repeating unit represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>s are the same or different and represent 2-8C alkylene group; R<SP>2</SP>represents hydrogen atom and methyl group; and m is a positive integer) and (b) an isocyanurate containing a specified (meth)acryloyl group.
