PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic, more in detail, the oily solid cosmetic capable of imparting a high glossy feeling not conventionally available to a used part, also without feeling an oily feeling or stickiness on its use, excellent in maintening the shape, having transparent feeling and excellent in giving a uniform membrane. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic without having stickiness on use, and excellent in transparency and glossiness is provided by blending the following three components (a) to (c): (a) a hydrocarbon-based wax, (b) a trimellitic acid ester and (c) a dimer acid ester.
