Systems and methods for providing digital distribution of mail to addresses based upon physical mailing addresses are described. In certain configurations, additional electronic mail addresses are provided based upon an associated physical address and another identifier such as the first and last names of individuals in a particular household. Additionally, an improved change of address process is implemented using information received from third parties to determine a confidence level that a particular individual or family has moved.
