PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable composition, which contains a vinyl polymer having a hydrolyzable silyl group, has a narrow dispersion degree, and gives a cured product excellent in strength, elasticity, and durability. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable composition contains a vinyl polymer having a hydrolyzable silyl group, wherein the vinyl polymer is obtained by living radical polymerization in the presence of a catalyst, which comprises a compound containing at least one central element selected from phosphorus, nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, germanium, tin, and antimony, and a halogen atom bonded to the central element, wherein a ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn) is less than 2.0.
