PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine receiving a command without missing even when power supply is interrupted due to electric outage or the like during transmission of the command. SOLUTION: Command data which has been output to a dispensing control substrate H before electric outage is reoutput by processing of S27. In transmission of a command, when electric outage or the like occurs between output of the command data (after execution of S422 in Fig.7) and output of strobe signal (before execution of S424), the dispensing control substrate H cannot receive the command since the strobe signal is outputted without output of the command data even if processing is returned to processing just after the electric outage after recovery processing (Fig.5). Namely, the command data output from a command port is cleared by the interruption of power supply. Therefore, the command data which has been outputted to the dispensing control substrate H before electric outage is reoutputted to prevent a gap in the receiving of the command.
