<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method capable of easily obtaining liposome uniform in particle size. <P>SOLUTION: The liposome uniform in the particle size can be obtained using a liposome manufacturing apparatus equipped with a microtube having a flow channel through which a lipid dissolved solution containing at least one lipid, water and a water miscible organic solvent flows, a housing part for housing the microtube, and a cooling means for cooling the liposome dissolved solution in the microtube within the housing part to a liposome forming temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
