<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reduce outgassing, and to prevent occurrence of resonant frequency fluctuation and torque fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device 10 includes: two rolling bearings 1A, 1B spaced from each other in an axial direction; a shaft 13 fitted to inner rings 3a, 3b; and a sleeve 23 having a fitting hole 25 to which outer rings 5a, 5b are fitted. The rolling bearings 1A, 1B have: the inner rings 3a, 3b and the outer rings 5a, 5b disposed coaxially; a plurality of rolling elements 7 disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction in ring-like spaces between the inner rings 3a, 3b and the outer rings 5a, 5b. At least one portion of fitting parts between the inner rings 3a, 3b and the shaft 13 and fitting parts between the outer rings 5a, 5b and the sleeve 23 is laser-welded, and a keyhole H is formed to be shifted from a boundary between the inner rings 3a, 3b and the shaft 13 or a boundary between the outer rings 5a, 5b and the sleeve 23, in the laser-welded fitting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
