An unstable weight is disclosed for use in performing multi-functional training and exercise. The weight comprises of elongated, flexible inner-bags, filled with a flowable substance. The inner-bags come in a range of weights, however all contain the same volume of flowable substance. The inner-bags are housed in a larger, flexible outer-bag. The outer-bag consists of a resealable opening to allow weight changes through exchange of the inner-bags and a number of specially placed handles, both axially and circumferentially. The handles range in colour depending on the position and use, thus allowing quick and easy coaching instruction and interchange between exercises. The packing density of the inner-bags and the structural support and padding added by the outer-bag allow the bag to sag and bend, thus altering the centre of gravity of the bag and the weight displacement. Unlike other more stable filled bags, this bag is designed to flex and displace its maximum weight. |
