The wind power-tower plant has a foundation (6) and a tower pipe (3) which holds a rotary nacelle (2) with a rotor (1) consisting of hub and rotor blades. The plant is multipart built in such a way that the tower pipe is arranged on a substructure (5) which is composed of multiple similar pipes. The pipes consist of the similar tower segments of the tower pipe and are fixed on the foundation. The substructure consists of three pipes erected upwards narrowed next to each other on the foundation.
