PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device changing charging contents depending on which femtocell AP is used. SOLUTION: The authentication device (AAA1) is the authentication device for authenticating the access of a user terminal utilizing a femtocell access point, and has: a means (AP authentication processing part 12) for storing the AP identifier of the femtocell access point used by the user terminal in an AP information storage means (AP information table 16) when authenticating the user terminal; and a means (subscriber authentication processing part 13) for sending out the AP identifier and the using period of the femtocell access point used by the user terminal, to a charging system.
