EXTENDABLE EXTENSION SET

An extension set includes a medical tube having an accordion-like shape that allows a healthcare provider to lengthen and/or shorten the tube as needed for a particular application. The extension set includes first and second medical articles at first and second ends of the medical tube. The first and second medical articles can include, for example, one or more connector fittings, catheter hubs, and adaptors, hi a shortened (collapsed) state, at least a portion of the medical tube can be enclosed within a housing forming part of the extension set.
