Provided are a control device, a control method, and a computer program, by which, in an intermediate layer between an application program and a platform program, an intermediate processing unit is made into two layers, located respectively at an interface side of the application program and an interface side of the platform program, and the processes at the two respective layers are generalized for effective development. An intermediate processing layer (108) including AP input/output processing units (182, 183) adapted to input/output of an application side and PF input/output processing units (184, 185) adapted to input/output of a platform side is provided between the application layer (106) and the platform layer (107), and the adaptation is performed on the basis of a definition table (19) wherein inputs/outputs of the application program and the platform program are externally defined, respectively.
