The invention relates to couplers including an inner seal and adapted for connecting pipes. According to a first variant, the coupler includes an inner seal made of a polymer having a low heat-conductivity, and comprises a smooth surface in the form of a coating on the inner wall of the coupler having the shape of a ring that comprises an inner collar and is arranged on the central portion of the inner surface of the coupler. Structural parameters are used for realizing the seal. According to another variant, the seal is made in the form of a separate part having an outer collar. The invention increases the sealing resistance of a pipe connection and simplifies the process for mounting the connection.
