PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of suppressing increase of a number of components while surely absorbing toque fluctuation by a damper device when torque transmitted between an input shaft and an output shaft is increased. SOLUTION: A second damper device 40 is provided in the power transmission device, and thereby, torque variation can be surely absorbed by the damper device while suppressing enlargement of the power transmission device when torque transmitted between a clutch plate 10 and a turbine hub 5 is increased. Further, when the second damper device 40 is provided on the power transmission device, a holding part 46 for storing and holding a second coil spring 45 of the second damper 40 is formed by using a driving member 41 of the second damper device 40 and a drive plate 21 of a first damper device 20. Accordingly, a dedicated member for forming the holding part 46 of the second damper device 40 is not required, and a number of components of the second damper device 40 can be reduced by the elimination of the components.
