PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delay of data analysis processing by a data analysis device even when structure information that is a data analysis object is retained. SOLUTION: The data management device determines, upon receipt of structure information showing a state of a server device which provides various services from a data collection device, whether the data analysis device to analyze the structure information is in a communicable state. When the data analysis device is determined to be in the communicable state, the data management device reports to the data analysis device that the structure information is retained. Meanwhile, when the data analysis device is determined to be in an uncommunicable state, the data management device retains the received structure information, and integrates the retained structure information based on a predetermined condition. The data management device thereafter reports, to the data analysis device which is shifted from the uncommunicable state to the communicable state, that the integrated structure information is retained.
