PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield cover that is attached in one action and easy to detach. SOLUTION: A shield case 1 includes a box-shaped shield case body 2 which is formed by punching and bending one metal plate, and has an opening on the reverse side, and a plurality of leg parts 3 which are formed together integrally when the box-shaped shield case body 2 is formed, and extended outwardly from margins of the opening so as to be orthogonal to the opening, wherein the leg parts 3 have elasticity in a direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the leg parts 3 and when the leg parts 3 are inserted into through holes bored in a circuit board, peripheral surfaces of the leg parts 3 are fixed by being brought into press contact with inner peripheral surfaces of the through hole.
