<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming control device, a dimming control method, and a lighting apparatus equipped with the dimming control device, wherein even if an illuminance sensor and a light source are installed adjacently, the light source can be dimming-controlled based on the ambient illuminance. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus 400 is provided with an illuminance sensor 206, an dimming control device 402, and a light source 202. The dimming control device 402 calculates light output characteristics of the light source 202 based on an illuminance measurement value during turning off the light source 202 and the illuminance measurement value during lighting the light source with a prescribed output, and calculates the ambient illuminance based on the light output characteristics. The illuminance measurement by the illuminance sensor 206 is carried out at every prescribed time, and the light source 202 is dimming-controlled based on the calculated ambient illuminance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
