<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow mold capable of clearly molding the three-dimensional expression such as a character or figure due to the unevenness of a container body into a desired shape, and a plastic container. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of split molds are equipped with a telescopic piece 9, and the telescopic piece 9 is equipped with a recessed part for forming the three-dimensional expression such as the character or the figure and an air vent 12 ofϕ0.5 mm or below for removing the air between the split molds and a parison is provided above the recessed part.
