发明名称 METHOD FOR ELECTROMAGNETICALLY FORMING ALUMINUM MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electromagnetically forming an aluminum material capable of magnetically forming a component of the aluminum material which has high proof stress but is hardly electromagnetically formed, a hardly machinable component, a tubular component having a large diameter, and a component having a complicated shape. SOLUTION: When executing the electromagnetically expansion-forming, a clad material 2 consisting of an aluminum material having the electric conductivity higher than a workpiece 1 to be formed is layered on the workpiece 1, and the workpiece 1 is arranged so that the clad material 2 is located on an electromagnetically forming coil 3 side. When a large current runs instantaneously in the electromagnetically-forming coil 3, the induced current of a closed circuit is generated in the clad material to obtain a large magnetic repulsive force. Thus, the workpiece 1 can be easily electromagnetically formed even when the workpiece is an aluminum alloy of high proof stress. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
