<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical score tracing technology which has excellent following performance, and reduced in the quantity of calculation. <P>SOLUTION: A musical score tracing device calculates an evaluation value of each position of a musical score by adding one when pitch data of the musical score match performed pitch data, and by subtracting one when the data do not match each other, and the musical score tracing device estimates, as a present position of the musical score, a position of the musical score in which an evaluation value becomes maximum. In the musical score tracing device, an upper limit value is provided for the evaluation value. For example, the upper limit value is set to be five. By providing the upper limit value for the evaluation value, when a player changes a performance position on the way, a time period until a time when the evaluation value of the performance position before the change becomes smaller than the evaluation value of a correct performance position after the change becomes short, and a time period until a time when the musical score tracing device follows the correct performance position becomes short. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
