<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective operation of a high-pressure fuel pump caused by abrasion powder. <P>SOLUTION: In a vapor separator 52 of an outboard motor that removes evaporation fuel contained in fuel, a high-pressure fuel pump 60, a high-pressure fuel filter 61, and a pressure regulator 62 are arranged in a case 59 provided with a float chamber 58 that reserves fuel. The high-pressure fuel pump 60 has a suction side filter 66 disposed in a main float chamber 58A, and a discharge port 80 connected to an exit passage 78 formed in an upper case 64. The high-pressure fuel filter 61 is disposed in a filter chamber 81 at the downstream side of the high-pressure fuel pump 60. The pressure regulator 62 is disposed in a recessed portion 83 of a relief passage 82 branched in communication with a clean side by the high-pressure fuel filter 61, and provided in communication with a sub-float chamber 58B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
